Leen  is Agile/Lean transition coach, Prince2 Practitioner, scrum master and MSP specialist with 20 years of experience in IT industry. His specialty is to design and lead organizational change and to guide management and teams to get in shape in the new Agile organization and processes. Important aspect is to get stakeholders with different agendas moving in one direction.

2 scrum teams in a BI development environment using Oracle Exadata. Together with the teams Leen accomplished a smooth Agile process which was aligned with the complex development infrastructure and the Enterprise Datawarehouse Architecture

a complex programme to convert from Waterfall to Agile/SCRUM at a large Dutch bank. 30 Programmers, Analysts, Architects, Scrum Masters and Product Owners adopted their role within 3 months. As Agile coach I provided Group training, presentations, individual and process coaching and management support.

for kick starting a segmented SCRUM team which was new to Agile SCRUM approach in a B2B environment using SAP R/3 and SAP CRM. Alignment with Product Owner(s) and stakeholders and coaching of team members and management.
